The timeframes advertised only apply to the build of your home, and doesn’t include driveway, landscaping or fencing. Any Council approval applications to the build or independent inspections that you organise may add additional time to the FastTrack journey. The amount of additional time will be confirmed by your Pre-site Manager when lodging for full building approval. You will also need to make all HIA contracts on time as set out in your contract, plus make the final HIA payment within 5 days of Practical Completion to avoid voiding the timeline.
