A KnockDown ReBuild project is an exciting process, but there is a lot to consider. We have in-house experts who have years of experience designing and styling homes and who understand the construction process intimately, and the needs of your local Council.

Our ReBuild focused team comprises of New Home Advisors, support staff, Home Décor Consultants and craftsmen builders. Decades of knowledge which you can access at any time. We have only one aim in mind – helping you to complete your KnockDown ReBuild project efficiently, to the highest level of quality, with no surprises.

To start the ball rolling, we will offer a free site inspection of your chosen block to determine its suitability for a ReBuild project and advise if there are any obvious issues or obstacles you need to be aware of.

    Select your Dream Home. We have over 150 leading edge designs. Our team will walk you through your options as well as assist you with demolition requirements before you pay your deposit.

    Land Assessment. Your initial deposit allows our specialists to arrange reports such as soil test, contour survey and property information searches.

    Preliminary Contract. Once the official land assessment findings have been discussed, our New Home Advisor will present your Preliminary contract and plans and pay the next instalment of your contract deposit.

    Build Contract Signing. Our New Home Advisor will arrange to meet with you to sign your contract and you will then pay the balance of your contract deposit.

    Style your new home. Studio M Inspiration and Design centre is our unique state of the art studio where our décor consultants will expertly guide you through styling your new home.

    Permits and Approvals. We apply for your building permits once the relevant approvals have been received.

    It’s time to demolish your old home. Once your site is cleared, we will arrange a secondary report including identification survey.

    The final sign off for your Studio M selections, construction drawings and any variations and we will book a date for site commencement. From there you can sit back and watch as your dream home becomes a reality.
