Metricon has been partnering with Australians to build dual occupancy and duplex homes since 2006. Since then, we have successfully delivered more than 750 planning permits for our clients. That experience and expertise are all yours from the second you meet with our Development Consultants. From that first meeting through to the day we hand you the keys, we’ll work together as a team. You’ll also have access to our range of leading suppliers and specialists across the state, and inside our offices. The process of becoming a duplex home builder with Metricon includes:

  • The beginning. The first step is discovering where we build. Then we’ll assess your block of land and sit down with you to talk through the suitable options in your council area.
  • Initial contracts. Here we’ll let you know in detail what’s involved and step it out for you so you can see how the plans fit with your budget.
