*Metricon’s Fast Track 12 Weeks to Site Start Program (the “Program”) is available on new Freedom and Designer home deposits from 1st May 2024. Metricon will review each job for suitability within 14 days of receiving all necessary paperwork and will notify the customer if the job is accepted. The Program is only valid on standard Freedom or Designer home plans. Only Metricon approved structural changes are permitted. To meet the advertised time frames, Metricon is dependent on the purchaser promptly returning all paperwork required within 3 days (including attending any appointments, signing & returning documents), as well as supplying the essential information required under the building contract within 14 days. Your Studio M Selections appointment will be made for the first available date. To ensure timelines are met, flexibility for dates will be limited and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available on the nominated date. Metricon will not be held responsible for failure to meet the advertised time frames if documents/information is not supplied and/or important information is supplied by the purchaser after the requested dates. Change in home design after the date of deposit may void the discount and any guaranteed time frames as outlined within this brochure.
