Our team in Regional Victoria have every reason to celebrate, with another two display home award wins from the Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV), this time at their South West awards on Friday night.
On the evening held in Geelong, Metricon’s Botanica 32 on display in Fyansford was awarded ‘Best Volume Builder Display Home’ in the $350,000-$500,000 category and Lawson 22 on display in Armstrong Creek awarded ‘Best Volume Builder Display Home’ in the under $250,000 category.

These latest display awards now make for three for Metricon’s Regional Victorian team in 2017, with the Botanica 36 on display in Traralgon taking home ‘Best Volume Builder Display Home’ in the $350,000-$500,000' category at the MBAV South East awards earlier this month.

Phil Barrett, Regional Victoria General Manager, said Metricon has a home suitable for everyone, and those homes recognised with a win at the Awards highlighted the versatility of the homes on offer.

Botanica 32 (Ascent façade)
Crafted for spacious family living and those who enjoy entertaining, the Botanica from Designer by Metricon features four double bedrooms including a magnificent master suite with ensuite and dual walk-in-robes, plus an open plan living zone with designer kitchen and outdoor room.

“The Botanica’s large open plan living area includes a kitchen with a butler’s pantry, family, rumpus and outdoor rooms which attracted the judge’s attention and ultimately sets it apart from other homes,” added Phil.

 Lawson 22 (Elk façade)
The Lawson from HomeSolution by Metricon provides plenty of the space for the entire family, including four bedrooms, a separate study and a large double garage just to name a few features.

“The Lawson has a surprising amount of features, with a large open plan kitchen and family areas being the focus for the home. With the option to add a leisure room, this design is perfectly suited for the family,” said Phil.
