Is your Land ready to go?

Your land must be titled and accessible to qualify for our Deposit to Move in program.

Is your land “site ready for FastTrack”?

To be ready for a FastTrack site start your land must be vacant, sewered, not requiring demolition and not have more than 600mm of fall.

Are you building a single storey home that's 25sqs or less?

All single storey HomeSolution and Freedom by Metricon homes up to 25sqs with standard design options are available with this offer.

FastTrack Building Time Frames

Please note that the time frames advertised apply only to the build of your home, and do not include driveway, landscaping, or fencing. Any independent inspections or owner works to site that you organise will add additional time to the FastTrack journey. The amount of additional time will be confirmed by your Pre-site Manager when lodging for full building approval. You will also need to make the earliest available Selections Appointments, make all HIA contract payments on time as set out in your contract and make the final HIA payment within 5 days of Practical Completion to avoid voiding the timeline.

*Metricon’s 39 weeks deposit to move in program is available on new deposits from November 4, 2024 and applies to the construction of the home only. Offer only available on single storey Home Solution and Freedom homes up to 25 squares. Written confirmation must be received from Metricon confirming customer qualification. Available only on titled land in eligible SA build regions (as defined on metricon.com.au/where-we-build). Excludes homes with non-standard structural variations, sites with an excess of 600mm of fall, unsewered sites and sites requiring demolition. Application must meet deemed to satisfy council requirements. Guaranteed timeframes will be altered or voided where there is a change in home design after date of deposit, delays with land registration, any variations made after signing of the contract, where a customer nominates an independent inspection, delays with our authority to commence construction from customer’s lending body, delays in paying HIA Contract Payments as per the timeframe set out in the HIA Contract, and where final HIA Contract Payment is not made within 5 working days after Practical Completion. Deposit to Move in program excludes external brick or concrete paths and/or paving, driveway, landscaping and fencing and where a customer needs to be perform ‘Owner Works’ or ‘Owner engaged Contractors’ to site. Deposit to Move in Program excludes Christmas industry shutdown period and any period where the finish date was pushed back for reasons outside of Metricon’s control (as per clause 11.3 of the building contract). Metricon does not supply the land and is not in any way responsible for the provision of finance or credit assistance.
