Adam Chubb

Site Manager - Shepparton and Echuca

A carpenter by trade, Adam joined Metricon in 2006 with 18 years experience in the building industry. Adam lives in Echuca with his wife and daughter and enjoys playing football for the local Echuca team and supporting Carlton. In summer, Adam likes playing cricket for Moama.

Andrew Simmie

Site Manager

Andrew joined the team in 2007 with 28 years experience in the building industry, including 10 years as a site supervisor. Born in Elmore, Andrew has lived all of his life in the northern region and has a great understanding of building in regional Victoria. On the weekends, Andrew enjoys playing football with his 3 children or a relaxing game of golf.

Ian Snyder

Maintenance Supervisor - Shepparton and Echuca

Ian started at Metricon in 2006 with over 30 years experience in the building industry. Ian grew up in the Mallee and worked for a number of building companies, including his fathers, and completed a painter’s apprenticeship. Married with 3 children, Ian’s favourite hobby is showing pigeons.

Kelly Ferguson

New Homes Consultant

Kelly joined the team 2006 and enjoys delivering Metricon’s range of innovative designs from the stylish Display Centre in Shepparton. Kelly moved to Shepparton in 2003 with her family and has two children aged 7 and 4. Outside Metricon, Kelly is heavily involved in tennis and is passionate about her involvement in the community.

Robert Nightingale

Senior Site Manager - Shepparton and Echuca

Born in the Apple Isle (Tasmania), Rob comes to Metricon with over 29 years as a highly qualified contract builder. Rob is a keen Carlton supporter who likes to spend quality time with his wife and their 5 children or playing squash to keep fit.

Tania Moyle

Area Manager - Shepparton and Echuca

Locally born and bred, Tania brings 10 years experience in the building industry to Metricon. Prior to joining Metricon, Tania worked for a major volume builder as a Regional Customer Service Manager. She feels that this wealth of experience, and her love of the Shepparton region, gives her a great understanding of customers’ needs from selecting a home through to construction and after sale care. Tania enjoys leading her team and is committed to delivering beautiful, quality homes at affordable prices and ensuring that customers love where they live.
