Australia’s leading home builder, Metricon has responded to the massive jump in house prices that is forecast for Queensland over the coming years, launching DualOcc by Metricon a specialist duplex and dual occupancy service aimed at maximising clients investment and multiplying a property’s potential, in the Queensland and Northern NSW market.
Latest analysis by BIS Oxford Economics has forecast a 20 per cent growth in house prices in Brisbane; almost double the nearest Australian state capital, with major Queensland cities close behind. These forecasted soaring land prices will prompt many people to explore dual occupancy.

A DualOcc development is two or more homes on a single block of land. Dual Occupancy developments can be multi-dwellings with one behind the other, a duplex, or side-by-side attached, or combinations of these types of developments.
