The value is made up of $50,000 in home savings and the recommended retail value of refrigerated cooling, upgraded solar panels and home battery, a fully rendered home and a roof made with COLORBOND® steel. The value of the Celebration bonus inclusions varies by home design across the Freedom and Designer by Metricon ranges. Excludes the acreage range.

The fully rendered home upgrade replaces standard brick with the Helix system on single-storey homes, and on double-storey homes it applies to the ground floor with EPS to the first floor. Two colours with a standard two-coat finish are included; additional colours or finishes are available at extra cost. Images are for illustrative purposes only and actual colours and finishes may vary.

The refrigerated cooling provides an ActronAir Ultra Slim reverse cycle ducted refrigerated cooling unit, with the system size specific to the home and starting from a 12.5 kW unit with no zoning. Provided unit is house specific. The cooling unit is supplied in lieu of the standard gas ducted heating unit and applies only to standard floorplans, with additional charges applicable where floorplan modifications are made.

The 6 kW solar panel system is supplied in lieu of the standard 3 kW system. Panel quantity and placement are house specific and depend on the orientation of the home. The free battery upgrade includes a 10 kW battery and a hybrid inverter.

The COLORBOND® steel roof is in lieu of standard roof tiles. Available on roofing made from COLORBOND® steel, excludes COLORBOND® steel Matt, sarking & venting.
