We can help you through the council approvals process and will be alongside you throughout construction, making sure it is all coming together as you want it. We can give you advice on questions to ask your builder, so that you’re comfortable knowing you’re in good hands. We will also visit three months after you have settled to undertake a new-home inspection, to make sure everything is exactly as you want it. Is it cheaper to buy a house and land package?
