Look what we’ve unwrapped for Christmas! The stunning Marion 42 display home, featuring a chic Nordic-inspired façade, is all dressed up in its festive best for this magical time of year.

With four bedrooms and three living areas, this luxuriously appointed home in Geelong’s sought-after Armstrong Creek suburb is already a showstopper. But add a dash of seasonal sparkle and a touch of extra swish, and it’s a holiday dream come true.

The gorgeous display home is a festive destination that embodies the warmth and joy of the holiday season while showcasing the Marion 42’s luxurious yet practical design.

At the heart of the home is a food lover’s paradise — a kitchen with an expansive walk-in pantry, perfectly positioned alongside a family chill-out zone that flows seamlessly into an all-seasons outdoor living area. Add a spacious dining room fit for a grand Christmas feast, and you have a home designed for celebration, connection, and everyday luxury.

With the whole home decked out in festive flair, we knew the Christmas dinner table had to be something truly special - after all, it’s the heart of every holiday celebration.

To bring this vision to life, we partnered with local interior designer Kayla Teasdale of Haus of Teasdale fame. Originally from the United States. and now proudly calling Geelong home with her husband, Ro, Kayla brought her signature style and creative flair to the project. Together with Provincial Home Living, the go-to destination for timeless homewares, she curated a dreamy Christmas tablescape that visitors can not only admire but also draw inspiration from for their own festive feasts.

Kayla’s magic didn’t stop there. She styled a show-stopping Balsam Hill Sanibel Spruce Christmas tree, an ultra-realistic artificial option that delivers all the beauty of a fresh tree - minus the mess of fallen needles. With the holiday season already busy enough, that’s one less thing to worry about!

“I kept it simple but still indulgently delightful,” says Kayla. “I used big sparkling white stars edged with golden rims, illuminated by amber-hued fairy lights for a warm, magical glow. Silver and green baubles with white tartan-style stripes were paired with matching ribbons to tie it all together.”

This classic Christmas palette flows seamlessly into Kayla’s inviting table setting, where every detail evokes a sense of festive charm. Pale, pearl-edged plates rest on dark wicker mats, complemented by silver cutlery and olive-green napkins tied with crisp white bows.

Adding to the elegance, clear glassware sits atop star-shaped coasters in deep green, while bonbons adorned with Christmas tree illustrations continue the timeless white and green theme. It’s a look that feels as welcoming as it is refined - the perfect backdrop for a memorable Christmas feast.

“I elevated the spread by adding pale grey, gently curving stoneware pots, each housing a miniature fir tree,” says Kayla. “To finish the look, I wrapped a white ribbon with green edging around the pot’s rim for a refined, festive touch.”

Ribbons also play a starring role in another of Kayla’s signature styling moves. “My go-to Christmas tradition is to accessorise a silver champagne bucket by wrapping it with a wreath,” she shares.

For a fresh twist on a festive classic, Kayla opted for a naked wreath - letting the sculptural beauty of dark wood branches take center stage, free from the usual green foliage. It’s a bold, modern approach that adds texture, warmth, and a dash of holiday pizzazz to the Marion 42’s enchanting Christmas display.

Holiday transformation aside, the home also features an impressive downstairs study and additional lounge, as well as a show-stopping master suite with retreat, a lengthy walk-in wardrobe, and a spa-like ensuite upstairs.

The Marion 42 with Nordic façade is open daily from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at 4 Blackwattle Drive, Armstrong Creek, VIC 3217.
