It's not a celebration if there isn't a little sweet indulgence. And what better way to get your holiday chocoholic on than with some seriously drool-worthy chocolate bark. Not only do these homemade bark recipes make a great gift idea, they will also make you the most popular person in the office if you bring them to your next morning tea celebration. Plus, they're quick and easy to make, which means they're perfect if you want something simple but impressive to bring to your next celebratory family feast. #winning

White chocolate bark with honey-roasted cashews, strawberries and toasted pistachios

Ingredients

  • 1 block of white chocolate
  • Handful of freeze-dried strawberries, roughly chopped
  • Handful of toasted pistacchios, roughly chopped
  • Handful of store-bought honey-roasted cashew nuts, roughly chopped
  • Sea salt flakes

Prepare a tray with baking paper. Melt white chocolate over a double boiler on the stove, stirring constantly to ensure it doesn't burn.

Pour chocolate onto prepared baking paper-lined tray and slowly tilt so it spreads to the edges. You can also use a wooden spoon.

Top with freeze-dried strawberries, pistacchios and cashews, and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt flakes. Place in freezer to set.

Once set, remove from the freezer and break into pieces. Devour in a single sitting and don't leave any for your family / friends / work colleagues.

Milk chocolate bark with salted caramel popcorn, pretzels and honey-roasted cashew bark

Ingredients

  • 1 block of milk chocolate
  • Handful of salted caramel popcorn
  • Handful of salted pretzels, roughly chopped
  • Handful of honey-roasted cashew nuts, roughly chopped
  • Sea salt flakes

Method

  • Prepare a tray with baking paper.
  • Melt milk chocolate over a double boiler on the stove, stirring constantly to ensure it doesn't burn.
  • Pour chocolate onto prepared baking paper-lined tray and slowly tilt so that chocolate spreads to the edges (you can also use a wooden spoon).
  • Top with chopped pretzels, popcorn and cashews, and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
  • Place in freezer to set.
  • Once set, remove from the freezer and break into pieces.
  • Devour in a single sitting and don't leave any for your family / friends / work colleagues.
