Metricon South Australia is excited to, for the third year in a row, support the MS Game Changer Lottery.

Established by The Multiple Sclerosis Society of SA & NT, all proceeds from this initiative directly benefit South Australians living with MS by guaranteeing vital MS research, client services support and finding a cause and cure.

The MS Society of SA & NT is a not-for-profit organisation that assists South Australians living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). MS is the most common neurological condition affecting young Australian adults and, at this time, there is no cure. There are more than 2,300 South Australians currently living with MS with 10 people diagnosed in Australia each week.

Metricon South Australia General Manager Richard Bryant is thrilled to continue the partnership, which was the first South Australian charity affiliation of its kind for the company when it was established in 2017.

“Some of our staff within Metricon have had family or friends who have lived with MS so it’s a cause that resonates through our workplace,” Mr Bryant said. “We are glad to have found an initiative that has a direct impact on the local South Australian community.

"The funds generated from the MS Game Changer Lottery do just that. We’re delighted to be continuing our partnership with the MS Society and we look forward to potentially building a dream Metricon home when the final prize draw is drawn.”

The MS Game Changer Lottery Grand Prize gives one lucky winner a chance to choose between an award-winning $1.6 million Metricon home and land package or $1.5 million in cash.

In addition to the major prize, there is a 1 in 15 chance to win from over 4,600 prizes valued at over $2.8 million. Luxury cars, dream holidays, adventure packs and electrical goods are just a few of the prizes on offer.

MS Society SA & NT Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Ellis said the home lottery partnership was well recognised in the community.

“Metricon is an experienced and trusted builder in South Australia and our values, client focus and commitment to deliver the best possible services are what drive us every day,” Mr Ellis said. “All funds raised by the MS Game Changer Lottery will directly impact services to our South Australian clients at the MS Society including counselling, physiotherapy, in-home care services and funding research into a cause and cure.”
