Last Friday night was the first of the Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV) awards for 2017 and a successful one for Metricon.

On the evening at their South East awards held in Traralgon Victoria, Metricon’s Botanica 36 (Ascent facade) was awarded ‘Best Volume Builder Display Home in the $350,000-$500,000' category.

This exciting display award comes just weeks after the opening of Metricons’s new state-of-the-art design studio in the region.

Regional Victoria General Manager, Phil Barrett, said of the award winning display, "To receive this recognition for our workmanship, design, innovation and ongoing dedication to the highest standards on and off the worksite, is a thrill and a credit to the Regional East team."

Designed with the Australian family in mind, Metricon’s Botanica features four spacious bedrooms including a beautiful master suite with ensuite and dual walk-in-robes. An open plan living zone with designer kitchen and grand outdoor room is also the perfect space for those who love to entertain.

“The Botanica’s large open plan living area includes a kitchen with a butler’s pantry, family, rumpus and outdoor rooms which attracted the judge’s attention and ultimately sets it apart from other homes,” said Mr Barrett.
