Metricon South Australia has made its debut on Channel Ten’s The Cooks Pantry, with ex Masterchef contestant – Michael Weldon cooking an incredible Glazed Christmas Ham accompanied by an orange and fennel salad.

Today’s episode, (which aired at 4.00pm on Wednesday 6th December), was filmed at our incredible new Hampshire 45, on display at Blackwood Park in the Adelaide Hills. Metricon’s Residential Home Designer – Vanessa Barisic joined Michael and together prepared an incredible glazed ham – in perfect time for Christmas.

Michael and Vanessa discussed the key features of the home, noting the incredible cohesive living spaces, and the open-plan design, which allows you to be a part of the action when hosting and entertaining at home. Michael demonstrated how easy and delicious cooking at Christmas can be, through using quality ingredients with simple yet bold flavours.

The Hampshire 45 was the perfect setting for this special Christmas episode, with open-plan living spaces, a large designer kitchen and plenty of space for entertaining. Once the glazed ham was finished cooking Vanessa and Michael sat down to a beautiful table setting, which was dressed in our high-end theme- one of the three themes from Metricon’s Festive Masterclass,
