What type of multi dwelling development are you interested in?
For developments of up to 10 dwellings selected from products specifically designed by Metricon for Dual Occupancy and Duplex purposes. Talk to us and we will tell you, free of charge, whether your existing land (or any other block) is suitable for development.
For developments of 10 or more dwellings, we specialise in building custom designs but can assist with product design from a large portfolio of medium density products. With Metricon, you can bring our experience, resources and buying power to your project.
