We understand your desire to be involved and kept informed of progress on your home. We commit ourselves to proactive communication and will ensure you have a contact at Metricon if your regular contact is unavailable for any reason.
8. Complaints Resolution
We will deal with complaints promptly in an honest and open manner. We will provide you with fair opportunity to discuss your issues. To allow us to deal with complaints properly, we require complaints to be submitted in writing, which we will acknowledge and action within seven business days.
9. Quality
We are committed to the quality of our homes we build and offer customers the benefit of our Metricon Quality Assurance Program. This program provides you with peace of mind by ensuring that every home is inspected by both your builder and by independent professionals.
10. Reliability
We have confidence in the homes we build. We believe in our product and so in addition to the minimum legal warranties, we provide a 25 year structural guarantee on all homes.
