Referral Rewards Program
Metricon has developed a rewards program for customers that refer new clients to us. The terms and conditions of the program are set out below.
- To be eligible to participate in the program, you must have built a home with Metricon ("The Referrer").
- The Referrer must complete a referral rewards form and provide it to the person you refer ("New Customer").
- The paperwork must be given to the Consultant prior to the deposit and paperwork submitted to Head Office. No reward shall be payable to either party if this condition is not met.
- Payment of the applicable referral reward to The Referrer (i.e. a $100 gift voucher to the retailer nominated by Metricon from time to time) will take place when construction commences on the home purchased by the New Customer.
- Payment of the applicable referral reward to The New Customer (i.e. a $100 gift voucher to the retailer nominated by Metricon from time to time) will take place once construction commences on the home purchased by them.
- There is only one referral reward available on each home purchased that can be paid to a Referrer. Metricon shall have sole discretion to resolve to whom such payment is to be made if it receives more than one referral on a specific home.
- This program is available and applies to only deposits on new homes within Metricon building areas in Victoria and Southern New South Wales.
- Purchases of house and land packages in Metricon Neighbourhoods are excluded from this program.
- Metricon reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.
- These terms and conditions apply as of 1 August 2006 and immediately supersede any previous program terms and conditions.
