Home & Land Packages

QM Home Delivered Campaign

• Home and land packages in the QM Home Delivered Campaign are only available to customers who make a deposit before or on the 26th June 2011, or at the discretion of Metricon, and who enter into a final home building contract with Metricon before or on the 26th September 2011.

Fuel Incentive:

• The buyer must deposit on land & house between Saturday 14th May and Sunday 26th June 2011.
• Payment will be made on pre-selected advertised package designs only.
• QM Properties and Metricon Homes reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer, withdraw this offer or alter the period of this offer at any time and without notice.
• QM Properties and Metricon Homes reserve the right to refuse customers who do not completely satisfy the terms and conditions of this offer.
• Offer is only available for new customers entering into a new home preliminary agreement (paying an initial deposit) with Metricon Homes from Saturday 14th May and ending at close of business on Sunday 26th June 2011.
• When entering into a contract of sale with QM Properties the buyer is to pay a $1000 initial deposit payable upon signing of the land contract, balance of 5% thereafter and settlement to occur 60 days from that date of the contract. Standard QM Properties special conditions in the Contract of Sale will apply.
• At the completion stage of construction and providing Metricon Homes and QM Properties are satisfied that all other conditions are met, QM Properties and Metricon Homes will each issue the Customer with a $2600 cheque totalling $5200.
• Normal conditions of fixed price home and land packages apply.
• This is not available in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly stated in writing by Metricon Homes' Head Office and/or QM Properties Pty Ltd.

Landscaping Incentive:

• For all terms and conditions regarding the QM landscaping $2000 incentive, please refer to www.qm.com.au or speak to a land sales representative.

General Terms

• All images are to be used as a guide only and may represent non standard options that are not included in the package price.
• Home and Land packages are only available for the specific lot and home advertised.
• The determined house siting on the lot is at the discretion of Metricon Homes only.
• Packages created from January 28 2011 may cover site costs incurred for rock found on any lots advertised in the campaign if required.
• Packages may change as a result of variations to the inclusions or specifications required by the purchaser, local authority, or local, state or federal law.
• Packages do not include stamp duty, legal fees or any other costs incurred with the purchase.
• Unless otherwise noted, packages do not cover any bushfire, acoustic or N3 requirements.
• Home and Land packages require an application for covenant and council approval and are therefore subject to approval prior to entering into a contract with Metricon Homes.
• Metricon is responsible for the contract of the sale of the home only.
• Customers will be required to enter into a separate contract for the land component of the package with the relevant land developer.
• Home and land packages are only available to customers who make a deposit before or on the advertised timeframe, or at the discretion of Metricon, and who enter into a final home building contract with Metricon before or on the advertised timeframe, or at the discretion of Metricon.
• Temporary safety fencing has been allowed for in NSW packages only, unless stated otherwise
• Final costs, dimensions and inclusions may vary from the information provided and may be varied by Metricon homes without notice.
• Metricon reserves the right to withdraw any Home & Land Package at anytime without notice.
