Design for Day/Night zoned ducted reverse cycle air conditioner including. Outlets as required to the discretion of the builder. 2No. zones, Single phase unit to 3 phase meter box and upgrade of roof trusses boxing in of duct droppers and upgrade of roof trusses.
Notes:* The Day/Night system is based on a standard home design only, if the home has been extended or modified, the system may require to be upgraded to suit. Owners will have the opportunity to discuss this with our
Air conditioning consultant.
- The Day/Night system is designed to provide comfort cooling / heating to only one level at any time for a two storey home.
- The owner warrants that 3 phase power is available to subject block. Should 3 phase power not be available, Metricon Homes will not be responsible for the supply and connection of the 3 phase power.
Hebel
Construction based on HebelÆ external wall panelling and specification. Provide Hebel panel system with fine texture trowel on acrylic render including two coats of acrylic paint as selected from builders standard range of Acratex colours to all elevations of single and double storey in lieu of standard brick clad areas. Includes Hebel with render finish above front garage door, Hebel infils with render finish above side and rear elevation windows and doors, Standard light weight cladding (where included) to remain as standard (facade specific) Does not include projected Hebel sills to any elevation under windows and doors. Includes up to 2 (No) colours. External wall thickness reduces from 240mm to 205mm (n) and therefore overall external areas will reduce. Internal room dimensions and areas will not alter from plans. Includes R1.5 wall insulation batts in lieu of R2.0 batts as indicated in standard Designer Specification. This item and price is based on the standard home only. This item does not allow for any non standard variations. If the standard home is altered in any way the price will be amended (where required). This item includes for slab on ground construction only. Site fall and dropped edge beams, including elevated landings are to be individually priced. This item can only be used for homes up to 38SQs for single storey and for homes up to 42SQs for double storey. (Homes over these sizes are P.O.A.)

Feature floor tiles above the standard range may be displayed but are not included in this price. The final pricing of any upgrades to feature floor tiles that may be displayed will be determined after a tile selection consultation with Metricon Homes preferred supplier. A variation will be raised and priced accordingly (where required) after the consultation. All floor tiles are subject to availability and may not be available at time of selection.
