Terms & Conditions for Melbourne's Fast Track Promotion
- Customers will proceed direct to contract.
- Customers may only choose standard upgrades and options.
- Customers must provide unconditional finance approval and proof of title and ownership of land within stipulated time period.
- Homes requiring report and consent from Council or town planning permits do not apply.
- Does not allow for delays for developers approvals.
- Building sites requiring demolition of existing dwellings, installation of pools prior to site start or separate approvals for septic tanks or storm water soakage pits excluded.
- 10 week start timeframe excludes jobs impacted by standard building industry shut down period in December/January.
- Limited numbers apply in each building region.
- Metricon reserves the right to change or modify this program in any way.
