  • *Demolition Sites: Metricon can not fix site costs due to unknown conditions, plus add additional time (approximately 6 weeks), all M1 Demolitions will require a Preliminary Contract

  • **Structural Changes: Due to Engineering and Developer approval applications, all structural changes including Display and Standard options must be finalised at Deposit.

  • *** 100% finance: Specifications and colours are conducted after contract signing, therefore any upgrade must be paid by cash
