  • Customers will proceed direct to contract

  • Homes requiring report and consent from Council or town planning permits do not apply
  • Building sites requiring demolition of existing dwellings, installation of pools prior to site start or separate approvals for septic tanks or storm water soakage pits excluded
  • 10 week start timeframe excludes jobs impacted by standard building industry shut down period in December/January
