Meet the team
Anny Esam
Operations Manager
Anny joined Metricon in August 2005 as Senior Area Administrator
-Traralgon. Anny was born and educated in Melbourne. She spent ten years in South Australia and decided to relocate to Melbourne to be with family and friends. Prior to joining Metricon, Anny worked in a number of customer service roles and as an Administration Manager in custom made kitchens, design and sales. Anny is committed to using her customer service skills to meet our clients needs.
Michael Scholz
Sales / Production Estimator
Michael joined Metricon in 2008. A local, Michael is married with 2 children. What Michael enjoys most about his job is the challenge to improve current processes. In his spare time Michael enjoys resorting old cars and camping.
Peter MacKenzie
Construction Manager
Peter commenced with Metricon in 2008. Previously Peter and his wife (Suzanne) owned and managed their own Golf Course for over a decade. Peter enjoys seeing the excitement on his customer’s faces when they move into their new Metricon home. On the weekends, Peter loves a game of golf, fishing or playing football.
Peter Wilcox
Site Manager - Gippsland South
Peter joined the Metricon team in 2008 bringing with him over 33 years of building experience. Peter is married with “lots” of kids and thoroughly enjoys the part of his job where he officially hands over client’s dream home. On the weekends Peter likes a game of golf, water skiing and spending time with the family.
Phil Drew
Drafter
Phil joined Metricon in 2008 bringing with him 12 years experience in drafting. He holds a diploma of design and drafting and suggests working at Metricon no two days are the same. Drew is married with three kids and enjoys renovating, gardening and watching sports on the weekend.
Stacey Street
Sales Manager
Stacey is a local who joined the team in 2007. With prior experience as a Sales Manager, Stacey enjoys applying her skills and experience to assist customers and deliver Metricon’s range of innovative designs. Stacey looks forward to strengthening Metricon’s brand in the Gippsland area.
