We have been very happy with the construction phase of our new home with Metricon and this has largely been due to the association we have had with our Site Manager. From our first initial meeting, we have always found him to be pleasant mannered and willing to help wherever needed, many times doing more than was required from him. This friendly association has resulted in the process of building feel more personal that it may have been otherwise....
We needed the house ready in a quick time so that we could move in before our wedding....The fact that it has finished 6 weeks before schedule is largely due to the Site Manager’s hard work at organising the tradesmen to get the work done to schedule.....

We have been through the house many times as each tradesperson has been there and we have been very pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism of these people. We are looking forward to the (next) inspection and I am sure there will be very little that will have to be attended to at this time. It has been really interesting as we have found things but by the time we returned the next time all the faults, we thought we had found, had been rectified.
