Build Times

Metricon offers you the security and comfort of a fixed build time, 14 weeks for single storey homes and 20 weeks for double storey homes commencing from your building site cut.

If we do not meet that date, Metricon will pay your rent (up to $300 per week) until your new home is completed.

Now that's peace of mind.
