A guaranteed 18 week build time is offered by Metricon Homes commencing from your building site cut, or we will pay your rent for you (up to $300 per week) until your new home is built.
*The 18-week build guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Applies to a standard Metricon single storey base house design with standard inclusions (refer to standard inclusion brochure for details).
- Applies to homes purchased with Metricon Homes QLD Pty Ltd only (ABN 94 858 933 773), not valid in Victoria.
- The 18-week build time guarantee period commences at site cut and concludes at practical completion.
- Building start dates are subject to relevant approvals, land registration, finance approval and applies to level, sewered and serviced sites.
The 18-week build time guarantee does not apply:
- To double (2) storey or split level house designs
- To homes purchased with Metricon promotional packages or offers, however is available on select promotional packages and offers, at the discretion of Metricon.
- To homes with any upgrades which include but are not limited to landscaping, driveway, exterior finishes such as rendering or bag and paint.
- To any structural or cosmetic variations to the standard Metricon house design
- To homes requiring retaining walls, significant site works or rock excavation to the block.
- Final floorplans, dimensions, offers and inclusions may vary from the information provided and may be varied by Metricon Homes without notice.
