What do you typically build?
We focus on medium density developments including townhouses, retirement village independent living units and 3-storey walk-ups.
Do you do basement car parks?
We do this in conjunction with a qualified sub-contractor. This can be either under our contract or we can refer the contractor directly to you.
Do you undertake civil works?
Yes. We offer a single point of responsibility by bringing our sub-contractors to the project.
Will you build to our plans?
Yes. Our core business is building custom designs. We can also work closely with your architect to ensure the most cost effective construction.
Will you design a product to suit our site?
Yes. We can work with you to create a bespoke design or utilise, as a basis, the designs in our extensive portfolio.
Where do you build?
We are able to assist you throughout metropolitan and country Victoria where we currently have existing offices.
What is the minimum number of dwellings you’d build?
We provide full-time site supervision and to justify this we typically expect a minimum of fifteen dwellings (but please talk to us if there are less than fifteen).
Are you able to stage developments?
We are able to accommodate staging of developments to support sales.
Do you build apartments?
Yes, so long as the design complies with a residential building classification.
Do you have a commercial building licence?
As a residential builder we do not currently hold a commercial building licence.
Do you offer design and construct services?
Yes. We have architectural and drafting services that are experienced in achieving value-added outcomes.
Can you assist with town planning?
We work closely with and are able to refer you to leading town planning organisations.
What type of building contract do you use?
We typically respond to client’s contracts. Alternatively we can prepare contracts based on Australian Standards.
Can you contract directly to the end purchaser (split contracts)?
No, not at this time.
Can you support us in the sale of the end product?
Yes, we have a number of sales avenues that can support sales of your development both locally and internationally.
Are you able to give me a preliminary estimate of costs?
We are able to give you an indicative construction price based on our past experience.
