The large expansive rooms and the open plan design were also very attractive features that helped me decide to build with Metricon. Also I found that when I added in all the extra costs that other builders were charging, I found that Metricon was also good value in terms of pricing. Friends and family have been just as impressed with our new home as we are which is nice to know.
Must say we have had excellent service from Metricon up to this stage of the build. The Site Manager is excellent and easy to deal with. The workmanship looks good and we really have no complaints at this stage of the build. When we started our process we heard all these bad experiences from our friends and must say we can only commend Metricon's team on their professional manner and customer focus.
