We've had a couple of locals asking about the building experience and we would have no hesitation recommending Metricon.
It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Metricon and all staff involved. Everyone has been so easy to deal with and all have been absolutely superb in detailing and explaining every step to us along the way, and assisted us in several instances with fast tracking processes (in particular the demolition of our property).
We have been very happy with the construction phase of our new home with Metricon and this has largely been due to the association we have had with our Site Manager. From our first initial meeting, we have always found him to be pleasant mannered and willing to help wherever needed, many times doing more than was required from him. This friendly association has resulted in the process of building feel more personal that it may have been otherwise.... We needed the house ready in a quick time so that we could move in before our wedding....The fact that it has finished 6 weeks before schedule is largely due to the Site Manager’s hard work at organising the tradesmen to get the work done to schedule.....
