The Metricon mission is to create and deliver innovative quality homes offering superior value and excellence in customer experience. Our goal is satisfied customers willing to refer us to their family and friends. Our commitment to you is:

We understand that the building process is involved and requires making many decisions. It is a collaboration between you and Metricon. We therefore commit ourselves to proactive communication, ensuring our communication is clear, concise and accurate.

5. Collaboration

We recognise the importance of the trust you have placed in us and the seriousness of your decision to purchase a home. We therefore expect our staff to provide clear timelines, communicate any delays and involve you in the journey by arranging meetings and on-site inspections at set times.

7. Communication

We understand your desire to be involved and kept informed of progress on your home. We commit ourselves to proactive communication and will ensure you have a contact at Metricon if your regular contact is unavailable for any reason.

9. Quality

We are committed to the quality of our homes we build and offer customers the benefit of our Metricon Quality Assurance Program. This program provides you with peace of mind by ensuring that every home is inspected by both your builder and by independent professionals.

2. Knowledge

We will provide you with professional and knowledgeable staff that can apply their expertise to ensure your journey with us is a satisfying one.

4. Simple accountability

We know that having reliable staff for you to contact is important. Our aim is to provide you with continuity throughout the journey, including coordinating meetings, documentation and approvals, on your behalf.

6. Honesty

We commit ourselves to being honest at all times. This includes keeping you informed of timelines and any issues that may arise and seeking answers to your queries.

8. Complaints Resolution

We will deal with complaints promptly in an honest and open manner. We will provide you with fair opportunity to discuss your issues. To allow us to deal with complaints properly, we require complaints to be submitted in writing, which we will acknowledge and action within seven business days.

10. Reliability

We have confidence in the homes we build. We believe in our product and so in addition to the minimum legal warranties, we provide a 25 year structural guarantee on all homes.

11. Listening

Satisfied customers are our primary goal and we welcome feedback and suggestions from our customers. We strive to continually improve what we do and encourage your feedback.
