Metricon's new state-of-the-art selection centre Studio M, was unveiled during the evening with guests enjoying tours of the industry leading concept, designed to make customising a new home easy. The impressive centre offers South Australian home buyer’s products, service and expertise in one convenient location to help ensure a Metricon home is truly an expression of individuality.

Over the past 35 years, Metricon has grown to become one of the largest new home builders in Australia and their much anticipated launch into South Australia presents new home buyers with a fresh choice, innovative, quality homes, superior value and the ultimate customer experience.

South Australian General Manager Richard Bryant said, "We are excited to bring the innovative new Metricon home designs to South Australia. Our office and Studio M opening, signifies the beginning of a new era of home building in Adelaide.

"Home buyers now have the opportunity to elevate their everyday lifestyle, every day, with Metricon’s extensive range of beautifully designed, award-winning, quality homes.

"With a range of display homes opening across metropolitan Adelaide in 2011, our opening event and Christmas party gave us an opportunity to introduce our team and recognise the suppliers and subcontractors who have helped us establish the office and Studio M and are now helping to build our first 6 display homes in Mt Barker, St Clair and Blake’s Crossing.

"It also provided our guests with a sneak peak of what’s to come," added Richard.
