The Housing Industry Association (HIA) has awarded Metricon, NSW Best Display Home of the Year and Best Display Home under $350,000 for the Laguna as displayed in Kellyville.

Metricon’s General Manager of NSW – Rob Grant said to be acknowledged by the industry for this award was a thrill and a credit to the Metricon team.

This award is most encouraging and extremely timely with tougher housing conditions reflected in this year’s HIA report.

The Laguna is available in 33 and 36 squares with the choice of five facades – Contemporary, Kingston, Modern, Traditional and Vogue.

The Laguna is part of Metricon’s Kellyville display centre which is located at The Ponds Boulevard (UBD ref: 148M7). This display is open Monday 12pm–5pm and Tuesday–Sunday 10am–5pm.
