General Manager NSW, Rob Grant – is ecstatic about the great opportunity and bringing the Metricon Collection to NSW.

Mr Grant is very familiar with the NSW property market having worked for the Hooker Corporation, AV Jennings and Domaine Homes before most recently settling at Metricon.

“I am delighted with my appointment and thrilled to be involved with this very exciting arm of Metricon’s business, I’m looking forward to applying my skills, knowledge and building a first class team to ensuring Metricon grows a solid presence in NSW.

Today Metricon is at the forefront of design innovation with single and double storey homes that really push the boundaries and are reflective of Australian families changing lifestyles. Our award-winning design team has created fabulous features in our homes including private parent’s retreats, leisure rooms, children’s retreats, butler’s pantries, and outdoor alfrescos, catering for every member of the family. Our new display at Kellyville is a great example of this,” offers Mr Grant.

“Our team are very excited about our entry into the NSW market and bringing this fabulous product to the NSW market. Our display homes at the Ponds Estate in Kellyville are now open to the public. Customers will be blown away with this display which showcases five of our inspirational designs,” continued Mr Grant.

“My vision for Metricon is simple and similar to Victoria; we aim to be the leading builder within NSW in terms of quality, value and excellence. Our five designs on display at Kellyville – The Riva, Laguna, Nolan, Tribeca and Liberty –all exemplify this.

We're will kick the year off with a bang with our first display centres located in Kellyville and another at Hoxton Park. A further three display centres are also scheduled for 2009, so it will be a very exciting year for us. Our building areas include Sydney, Illwarra and the Hunter regions,” concluded Mr Grant.
