With a string of industry honours, over 30 years of experience in the industry and a range of award winning home designs, Metricon is excited to make an entry into the surf side coast of Northern NSW.

NSW Sales and Marketing Manager – Regina Barnes – has been thrilled with the way the locals have received the Metricon range.

“It was only in January this year we opened our doors for operation in NSW and already the public have been so supportive of our product, particularly the Northern beaches. Many of our designs have a coastal flavour to them and really lend themselves to the relaxing lifestyle living close to the beach reflects.

Feedback from our existing clientele in this area suggests our designs offer the same luxurious style as architecturally designed homes, but at project builder prices. We also have a long standing history and good relationships with local council groups and as part of our service we organise all of your housing plans to be approved on your behalf.

Already our designs have been recognised by industry bodies such as the Housing Industry of Australia (HIA) for being innovative and family friendly. Late October Metricon were awarded by the HIA for Best Display Home priced under $350,000 for the Laguna. The Laguna also was awarded Best Overall Display in NSW, which we are obviously very proud of. This type of recognition really reflects the quality and craftsmanship that goes into our homes.

Since opening for operation in NSW at the beginning of this year (2009) I have been blown away with the extraordinary number of enquiries we are receiving. Without a doubt people have been very impressed with what they have seen,” concluded Regina.
