Leading home builder giant Metricon has announced a new partnership with the Essendon Football Club that will see them become the new coach partner for the 2009 season.
The deal provides appealing opportunities for each organisation to grow their supporter base and will see the 'Metricon' name emblazoned on the front and collar of Matthew Knight's shirt, plus signage across the coach's box at all home games for the 2009 season.
Metricon's General Manager of Marketing, Darren Mehl, said that the agreement is another great reflection of Metricon's on-going commitment to meaningful community involvement.

The timing of the new partnership is impeccable with the annual blockbuster ANZAC game, the most significant AFL match-up outside the finals, now only days away.
