Metricon South Australia wins HIA award for Metro 32
Metricon (South Australia) is the winner of the 2015 HIA-CSR South Australian Housing Awards for its Metro 32 – Vogue, displayed at St Clair.
The South Australian builder has taken out the award for the Best Display Home within the $350,000 - $500,000 category at the HIA Awards held on Saturday 7 November at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
General Manager of Metricon South Australia, Richard Bryant said the Metro 32 was one of the newest display homes in Adelaide, having been completed in April this year, and was proving popular with customers.
“It’s great to be recognised for the Metro 32 – Vogue. We’ve found that our customers and those looking for a Metricon home have really taken to the modern two storey home,” Mr Bryant said.
“This home is part of our Designer range of affordable luxury homes – it’s suitable for small blocks, presented on a 10 metre wide block and with the sleek finishes that you would expect from a Metricon home that works within a budget.”
“Living and entertaining is not compromised with price with the Metro 32 – Vogue. This spacious home can accommodate the busiest of lifestyles.”
Since Metricon was established in South Australia four years ago, Metricon South Australia has taken away 24 awards, including the recent HIA National accolade for Australian Display Home with its Chicago-55.
Metricon has display homes at St Clair, Craigburn Farm, Mt Barker, Northgate and Gawler East in South Australia.
